A new read-only mailing list, OFF-News, has been created. It is a newsletter on recent happenings and discussion about OFF. Perfect for people who want to get involved but can't handle the volume of mail on the RedAlert mailing list. ;)

To subscribe to OFF-News -- send a message to Majordomo@itaweb.com (from the e-mail address you'd like to subscribe) with the following text in the body of the message: subscribe off-news

The newsletter should be out every fortnight or so.
